Each Good Whisk is carved from a single piece of bamboo by artisans, using techniques passed down through generations of chasen-making. There's no shortcut to this craft — every tine is split, shaped, and curved by hand, which is exactly why bamboo whisks have remained the gold standard for matcha preparation for centuries.

Care instructions

Soak the tines in warm water for 2-3 minutes before each use to keep them supple. Make sure the water stays well below the star charm. Rinse with warm water only — no soap — and let it air dry on a whisk stand to help the bristles hold their shape between uses.
