Return & exchange policy

At good matcha, we put care into every package that leaves our hands. Because our products are consumable or handled items, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been fulfilled. This helps us maintain the quality, safety, and care that define every good matcha experience.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If something isn't right with your order, we want to fix it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@goodmatcha.ae with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we've reviewed the details, we'll offer a replacement or store credit, whichever fits the situation best.


Cancellation policy

We move quickly to get your goodies packed and on the way, so there's only a short window to make changes after you order.

Before fulfillment
If you need to cancel or update your order (wrong address, wrong item, etc.), email us right away at hello@goodmatcha.ae. If your order hasn't yet been processed, we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

After fulfillment
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified. At that point, our return & exchange policy will apply if there's an issue with your order on arrival.
