At good matcha, we want your goodies to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

United Arab Emirates 1–2 business days
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar) 5–8 business days
International Varies by destination 

Please note that transit times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not from the date the order was placed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, local courier conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Order tracking
Every order includes tracking, regardless of destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Customs & import duties
For international and GCC orders, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the order total.
